Rules and the site police

Members report, an automatic watcher flags contact details, identical files across sellers and unusual prices, and moderators decide: dismiss, warn, hide, remove or suspend the shop. Each action records a strike; repeats are treated more strictly. Owners are told why, never who reported. Appeal through a support ticket with the report number.
