Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I get?
An untextured 3D model whose longest side is exactly the size you chose. You can download an STL for printing and, when available, a GLB for viewing.
How long does a model take?
Usually a minute or two. The model page refreshes itself in the meantime — there is nothing you need to do.
How should I write the description?
Say what the piece is (ring, pendant, earring…), its style, stones, surface texture and patterns. Colour and material make no difference, because the model is made without either.
What happens if a model fails?
The credits for that run are returned to your account automatically.
Can I have it printed?
Yes. Each model page shows an approximate print weight and price per material, and you can send it to the workshop from there.
Is the model ready for casting?
Check the "Closed (printable)" indicator on the model page. A model that is not fully closed may need repair before printing.
